In Korea, in order to claim money from the other party for reasons such as unpaid wages, return of renter's deposit, or compensation for damages, you must file a lawsuit in court.
If the other party does not return the rental deposit even after the rental contract period has ended, you must file a lawsuit and promptly proceed with procedures such as a lease registration order to prevent additional damage.
