Deportation
DEPORTATION ORDER
1. outline
The Immigration Office issues deportation orders when a foreigner's violation of immigration laws is serious or a criminal offense has been committed. Forced deportation orders are generally issued along with protection orders, and foreigners who receive deportation orders are generally detained by the Immigration Office and forced to leave the country.
2. How to respond
Foreigners who receive a deportation order from the Immigration Office can contest the unfairness of the deportation order by filing an objection with the Minister of Justice or filing a lawsuit in court.
However, as long as the detention order is maintained, the person will continue to be detained at the Immigration Office even if an objection is filed with the Minister of Justice or a lawsuit is filed in court.
